Specificité: Recognizes a unique epitope shared by the intermediate filament keratins, of human cytokeratin 7 and cytokeratin 17, a 54kD type II basic cytokeratin, and 46kD type I acidic cytokeratin respectively. Species cross-reactivity: bovine, porcine. Does not react with mouse, rabbit, rat.

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 20-30 μg/mL. Western Blot: 2-3 μg/mL. Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections using pepsin prior to staining.
